What happens after you get in touch
Lee reads every request himself. (You can find out more about him first if you like.) He will usually call you back to talk through the job, ask a few questions and agree a time to come and look. The site visit is free and there is no obligation. Afterwards you receive a written quote setting out the work, the materials and the price, so you can compare it fairly and decide in your own time.
What helps when describing the job
You do not need to know the technical terms. It helps to tell us roughly what the problem is or what you would like done, where on the house it is, and how long it has been going on. For leaks, mention where the water shows inside and whether it happens in every downpour or only in strong wind. A postcode lets us plan the visit, and a rough idea of timing helps us fit around you.
Opening hours and address
We are available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Our base is at 75a Church Street, Witham, CM8 2JP. If you call outside those hours, leave a message or use the form and Lee will get back to you on the next working day.
Areas we cover
We work across Essex and the Essex side of London's outskirts. That includes Witham and towns such as Chelmsford, Colchester, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea and Romford. If you are nearby and not sure whether we cover you, just ask.
